USPS will be the Carrier.
Your order will be shipped within 5 - 7 days.
For Holidays, your order should be placed 2-3 weeks ahead of time due to the volume of USPS deliveries. This will assure that you receive your items in time.
Items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
REFUNDS POLICY
Customer has 3 business days after receiving the item to return it.
Customers can contact the seller by phone (408) 483-5020, or by email marie@arttiles2go.com
Customer must pay for the return.
Item must be in original package. Items that are used, or bought through special sales are not refundable.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returned items. Customers can expect a refund within 3 days of the item received to their card on file.
